5th August 2025

New Features

  • Anomaly Review Panel  

    • Users can now share the Image View of POI via URL from the Anomaly Review Panel.

    • Users can now define the scope of work based on GVI/CVI classification within the 3D Viewer.

    • Allowed attachment removal for components from the Review Panel.

    • Enabled filtering and navigation for Component Review within the 3D Viewer.

    • A visual marker is now displayed on the Primary Image in the POI Overview Tab within the Review Panel to indicate the exact POI location. This marker is shown only for newly added POIs to help visually locate the anomaly on the image.

    • Visual indication in the list of POIs in the review panel for POIs added by API Inspector.

    • Points of interest (POIs) can now be filtered by their height from the deck, aiding in scaffolding planning.

    • Deck identification for POIs is now enabled in the Review Panel. This identification is available for newly added POIs only.

    • POI Count for each category of POIs is now displayed in the Review Panel.

  • Reporting Tool 

    • Separate tabs in the Reports page for the components, POIs, and Block reports

  • Spatial Query

    • Area values are now calculated in real time during scope resizing.

    • Saved scopes now show area values in list view based on selected parameter.

  • General 

    • The Work Pack (WP#) field on a POI is now auto-populated when the POI is added to a Work Pack.

    • Users can now add or edit the associated block for existing uncontextualized POIs.

Bug Fixes

  • Addressed an issue causing the first image in Work Pack reports to appear partially cut off.

  • Fixed an issue where POI text was overlapping with other content in the exported reports.

New Features

  • Anomaly Review Panel  

    • Review anomalies with full metadata, including blister height, wall loss, SC category, deck height, and more

    • View anomalies from multiple predefined camera angles

    • Assign POI statuses with inspection actions (e.g., GVI, CVI)

    • Add anomalies to the inspection scope with notes

    • Export structured reports based on reviewed findings

  • Component Level Report 

    • After anomaly review and image capture, users can now generate a Component Inspection Report that includes component metadata, reviewed POIs, and annotated screen captures with custom captions.

  • Spatial Query

    • Saved scopes can now be resized during editing

    • Work scopes are adjustable in 50 cm increments (X & Y axes) and 1 m (Z axis)

  • General 

    • Selected Images now display their corresponding paint block.

    • Users can reorder assets and POIs in web reports; the selected order is reflected in the downloaded PDF report.

UI / UX Changes

  • Spatial Query

    • Point clouds outside the selection box during scope creation or editing can now be visually de-emphasized (greyed out) for easier focus and navigation.

  • POI Annotations 

    • POI Annotations with unique IDs are now viewable in the 3D Viewer and can be captured as images for inclusion in reports.

  • POI Annotation Styling Controls 

    • Customize annotation display by adjusting scale, height variance, and toggling full POI label visibility.

  • Capture & Save Views 

    • Capture 3D point cloud views of components with active overlays (e.g., corrosion masks), add custom captions, and save them directly to the component’s metadata. These views are now automatically included in the component report.

Bug Fixes

  • Standardized unit conversions for blister height, residual corrosion allowance, and residual thickness to ensure consistent Metric or Imperial units across the Component table, POI table, and 3D Viewer.

New Features

Spatial Query

  • Inspection blocks can now be resized and saved as named scopes for easier planning and organization

  • Each scope can include key details such as POB, start date, and end date to support execution readiness

  • All saved scopes are listed in a single, accessible view

  • Multiple scopes can be viewed simultaneously in 3D

  • Clicking into a scope opens a detailed view to inspect, update metadata, or make changes

  • Each scope displays total and corroded surface area for quick reference

UI / UX Changes

  • The 'Color Blender' control has been updated from a slider to a toggle for a clearer, more consistent experience

  • Capturing a view now applies only the user’s selected settings; unwanted modes or options are no longer enabled by default

  • Users can now toggle on only the selected POI in both Point Cloud and Image View

  • File uploads now support the full naming convention, with file names up to 250 characters (previous limit was 100)

New Features

Spatial Query

We’ve introduced an early-access Spatial Query feature. Users can now:

  • Convert a pre-computed block into a Work Scope item.

  • Refine block boundaries as needed.

  • Add associated metadata.

  • Save scoped blocks for future planning and review.

UI / UX CHANGES

  • Export Format Update: Data is now exported in XLSX format instead of CSV.  This gives a more consistent layout experience to the user. This impacts

    • Component Export

    • POI Export

    • Paint Block Export

Bug Fixes

  • Work Pack Report PDF Issue: Resolved an issue where users were unable to print Work Pack reports to PDF.

  • Chase Item Report: Fixed a bug where reports appeared blank after the inclusion of chase items.

  • POI Export Accuracy: Addressed incorrect values (e.g., 0.000") for Wall Loss, Residual Thickness, and Residual Corrosion Allowance in the exported POI files.

  • Paint Block Export Anomalies

  1. Cleaned up paint block exports to remove unnecessary entries

  2. Resolved column misalignment issues (e.g., header-row mismatches).

New Features

POI Audit Trail

  • A full history of changes made to a POI is now recorded and accessible to authorized users.

  • Each record includes a timestamp, user, and before/after values.

  • Changes are presented in chronological order with clearly labeled fields and data.

POI Closeout Enhancements

  • Verified POIs: Blue tick will be displayed in the 3D Viewer and Property Panel.

  • Completed/Remediated POIs: Green tick displayed in 3D and Property Panel.

  • All updates appear live.

  • Property Panel Focus Fields: Users can now select a specific field within the Property Panel to display with each POI.

  • POIs are now searchable by both ID and Name in both the Insights tab and the 3D Viewer.

UI / UX Changes

  • The Measure tool now displays clearly defined starting and ending points, along with visible connectors between them.

  • Special characters are now supported in report and work pack names, allowing for more flexible naming conventions.

  • Reports can now be renamed after creation to support ongoing version control and clarity.

  • Completed chase items are no longer included in newly generated reports, ensuring data reflects only pending work.

  • Work pack filter allows users to see only the active / open items in 3D

Bug Fixes

  • The POI sidebar now remains open after a POI is saved, supporting a more seamless editing workflow.

  • Fixed the issue where POIs were not searchable across multiple paginated pages.

  • Image uploads now retain correct aspect ratios and alignments throughout the interface.

  • Annotated images in exported PDFs now appear correctly without being cut off.

  • Table of Contents formatting issues in PDF exports have been resolved for better readability.

  • Infinite loading during platform selection has been fixed, ensuring smoother navigation

Temporal Comparison

  • Severity Dashboard: Graph visualizations allow the ability to compare the overall distribution of alarm levels between different scans.

  • Corrosion and Coating Condition Dashboard: Graph Visualization showing corrosion (Light, Moderate, Heavy) and Ri Values (Ri0–Ri5) areas between different scans.

Anomaly Tracker Dashboards

  • POI Status: Added a new dashboard to monitor POI progress and statuses.

  • Due Date Distribution: Introduced a graphical representation of the breakdown for overdue, upcoming, unscheduled, and completed anomalies.

Block Report

  • Added the ability to remove specific chase items from Block Reports..

Create POI

  • All users can now create POIs outside of explicit components.

UI / UX Changes

  • Paint Damage POI: Previously drawn measurement lines now appear when editing POIs. Lines reset only when the “Measure” action is used again.

  • Value Unit of Measurement: Each column header in the Component and POI Table now displays its respective unit.

  • Automated Image Inclusion: All image uploads are now automatically included in web reports. Users also have the option to remove any image from a report.

  • Enhanced Defect Visibility: Color blending is maximized when defects are enabled.

  • POI Table Update: Columns now resize automatically to fit their content.

  • Auto Snapshot Warning: Users receive a warning if an auto snapshot is not attached to a POI.

  • Defect Legend: Unselected options in defect dropdowns are now toggleable, allowing users to choose between viewing the base point cloud of the defect location or completely turning off the point cloud.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed POI count discrepancies in pagination when filters are applied.

  • POI filter bar no longer disappears when no relevant results to an applied filter exist.

  • Users attempting to create a work pack with an identical name now receive a prompt suggesting to “Move to Existing” work pack.

  • Large text fields in the POI Template are now scrollable for improved readability.

New Features

  • Block Report

    • Introduced a Remarks and Actual Values section.

    • Added Values for the Total Block Area to the report.

    • Increased the image upload limit in the report, allowing users to upload up to 70 images, compared to the previous limit of 20.

  • Volume of Interest

    • Added the ability for users to place a customizable cube over the point cloud to highlight areas of concern for a variety of purposes.

    • Cubes can be resized, rotated, and moved as required to suit specific needs.

UI / UX Changes

  • Added Ctrl + Click functionality on 3D buttons in the “Insights” tab, enabling links to open in a new tab.

  • Updated the color of image markers on the deck plan for improved visibility.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved unit conversion issues affecting area calculations.

  • Fixed table pagination issues.

New Features

  • POI Import: We have added the ability for the users to directly add POIs in the “Insights” page or bulk upload them from a csv. Users then have the option to spatially locate the added POIs in point cloud if they are linked to a component.

  • Block Report: Users can now generate reports containing all data on a block, including chase items contained within that block.

UI / UX Changes

  • Due Dates: The column for due dates has been added in the POI tables.

  • Sortable Columns: Columns in the POI tables including due date, creation date, paint block are now sortable.

  • Governing Blister Marker Update: Distinction to governing blister marker has been added.

  • FM Square Footage Dashboard: Color scheme and the order of the bar graphs has been updated.

Bug Fixes

  • View in 3D option for the POI table has been restored, and takes the user to the POI of the selected component in the viewer tab.

New Features

  • Aggregated Asset Dashboard: We’ve enhanced insight cohesion with a unified dashboard that displays combined analytics for Pressure and Structure deployments.

  • Fleet Health Dashboards: Users can now toggle between Coating Condition and Asset Health views in Fleet Dashboard. The Coating Condition view displays the surface area remediated for each year, while the Asset Health view provides a breakdown of component integrity grading across different assets.

  • Paint Block Remediation: Users can now mark an entire paint block as remediated, with the option to update the status of all or selected defects within the block.

UI / UX Changes

  • Synchronized View Transition from images to 3D Viewer: Exiting an image view now automatically focuses the 3D view on the exact same area, improving continuity and context.

Bug Fixes

  • Updating the status of one work pack no longer affects other unrelated work packs.

  • Focus on the Component button now correctly navigates the user to the selected component in the image view.

  • Paint damage units correctly update in POI tables when switching between unit systems.

  • Long text in reports no longer distorts the layout, and images are now aligned without being minimized.

  • Clear Query now functions properly, allowing the correct number of assemblies to display.

  • Media uploads for Fabric Maintenance users are now enabled for Points of Interests.

New Features

  • Paint Damage Measurement Tool: Extended functionality to include length measurement in image view. Previously, measurements were only available in 3D point cloud view. Added feature to automatically populate pipe diameter based on asset metadata, with the ability to override as needed. Users can also input the proposed area directly if needed.

  • Work Pack Group Edit: Update multiple POI’s properties that belong to a group such as a work pack. Users can now manage work packs and their respective POIs as a whole.

  • Paint Block Asset Filtering: Assets are visible only within the bounds of a paint block when a respective filter is applied.

  • Media Uploads: Enabled media uploads for MP4s and large PDFs in each POI.

  • Find Viewpoint Thumbnails: Suggested viewpoints of a clicked point in 3D to shortlist thumbnails of that exact spot in the relevant viewpoints.

  • Post Inspection Data: Verified POIs are now reflected in the generated reports. Data is also updated based on user input. 

UI / UX Changes

  • Customizable Table Columns: Retain selected columns for POI and equipment tables across sessions.

  • Blister Polygon Visibility: Enabled polygon denoting area of topographic measurement for improved user understanding of analysis.

  • POI Tab and Filtering: Introduced a tab for all POIs with common columns and filters.

  • Deck Plan Snapshot for POIs: Enabled the addition of deck plan snapshots in reports while adding POIs in 3D view for better localization of POIs.

  • Scaling of application: Adjusted the scaling of web application dynamically according to the operating system.

  • Pre-Inspection Terminology Update: Replaced "digital inspection" wording with "Pre Inspection" in the V2 right-side tab for clarity.

Bug Fixes

  • Buttons for the paint damage measure tool to stop measure length correctly appear.

  • Verified Blister POI can now be edited from insights screen.

  • Paint damage area values in the saved report now respond to unit system change.

  • Realtime update of POI fields is enabled now.

  • All filters relevant to POI fields now appear correctly.

  • Additional clicks during blister creation do not disturb the profile now.

  • Upload and attach files such as images or PDFs to a Point of Interest (POI)

  • Include multiple Abyss scans of an observation to a POI with the new screenshot tool

  • Users now have the option to export Reports to PDF format

UI / UX Changes

  • The POI marker design has been updated to improve visibility

  • A visual layer for the parts of a component such as flanges and supports can now be visualized with different colors

  • Date of Creation for POIs has been added to the Overview tab

  • Report format, layout, and contents were overhauled to better match existing field reports

  • A Reports landing page has been added to improve organization 

  • Blister Height measurement was added as a data column to the Blister POI table

  • Verification of blisters issue addressed

  • Comments feature on reports and POIs is now reliable and performant

New Features

  • Measuring Tool has been introduced which allows users to take measurements on the point cloud of single or multiple assets

  • The points of interest now give information about their height from the deck floor and the image

  • Blisters can now be marked as uncertain if the user does not agree with the generated profile. Such blisters have gray marker for distinction

  • Recommendation field has been added to the points of interest which can also be filtered in the table

  • Users can now create a blister point of interest anywhere in the image

  • Copy view link now captures the zoom and bearing in the image as well

  • Fleet health allows users to view corrosion percentage and number of high priority items per platform

  • Paint block and deck filter has been enabled in insights tab

  • Polygon for the added blisters can be viewed now

UI / UX Changes

  • Users can navigate into point of interest image view or 3D model of the asset directly from insights tab

  • Indication of click while adding a point of interest has been added

  • Paint block tab has been revamped with ease of selection and switching of data

  • Version number bar at the bottom of app has been removed

  • Point of interest table columns can be resized

Bug Fixes

  • Users were unable to see the name of person who created the point of interest

  • Jumping into an image from deck plan did not load the image

  • Exiting an image zoomed out the asset to a larger extent

New Features

  • New Points of Interest (POI) flow has been introduced

    • The tool now contains three tabs

      • Overview for asset level information and work management

      • Details for POI-specific information

      • Comments for conversation on POIs

    • Contains an auto-populated field of paint block which can be filtered in the POI table

    • New fields include Accessibility, Work pack Number, Due Date, Status, and Assignee 

  • Fields and dropdown menus for Hot Bolting POI have been updated

UI / UX Changes

  • Equipment has been renamed to components

  • POI filter design has been updated

  • Decimal places have been removed or set properly

  • Insights Point of Interest page has been improved with navigation prompts and improved filters

  • POI marker size has been optimized on the deck plan

  • Tooltips have been added to give you more information when the cursor hovers over different information on the screen

  • Filters are applicable now after clicking on Apply Query button

Bug Fixes

  • Dashboard component count on insights page is populating correctly

  • Measurement units are now displayed throughout the various properties panels, tables, and dashboards 

  • Login issues resolved

    • Redirect to application has been corrected

    • Links in email setup have been fixed
